Webinar: Mental Health Check-in: What is your 2020 vision for your (whole) self? with Kimberly Rhyan

Are the holidays tough to get through for you?

Each person's story of overcoming trauma is unique but we can strive to move beyond our current (or past) challenges by making a plan for practicing self-care right now & during the next year.

This webinar will take a look at strengthening resolve and  resiliency while building a positive identity.  Addressing mental health is an opportunity to intentionally focus on our own wellness. As Alumni Successes,  it is important to be honest with ourselves and have a vision/plan for our self-care. We grow when we move from resolutions to achieving solutions. Sometimes our coping strategies help us get through the moment, but we can do better - we can do more- we can heal.

Please join Kimberly Rhyan, FCN Foundation Education and Career Specialist, as she shares her mental health journey towards healing and becoming her own mental health advocate. She will teach participants how to practice daily affirmations through meditation, reflection, and journaling. She will also equip participants to create a holistic vision board for 2020 focused on the eight dimensions of wellness. This will be a purposefully lead webinar to close out 2019 and begin 2020. Please mark your calendars and R.S.V.P. now. 💙
